Pravar has over eight years of experience developing innovative technologies, managing projects and creating thoughtful products that maximise value. He has led multidisciplinary squads of R&D personnel, engaged leaders, and forged relationships with commercial stakeholders to generate IP, pilot products, go-to-market & exit strategies.

Prior to supporting Singapore’s deep-tech start-ups with product development, strategy and operations at SGInnovate, Pravar spent 5 years developing research translation experience across vast knowledge realms including Embedded Systems, Mixed Reality, Soft Robotics, Human-Computer Interaction, and Tiny Machine Learning. His works have generated garnered viral media coverage and been showcased to VVIPs such as the then Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore Mr. Teo Chee Hean as well as at prestigious venues around the world such as the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum New York. Pravar was also on Singapore’s Frontline Innovation Taskforce at the National University of Singapore that generated three COVID-19 management solutions.

Pravar majored in Biomedical Engineering, earning a Master of Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology, India. He has been the recipient of a number of awards for academic and service excellence.
